The manager, Pat, at Post Falls location, is hands on and willing to come on site to address issues personally. The salesman we started with ordered the wrong size door and Pat not only made it right, it turned out better than I had expected. I have used this company for about 10 years. They installed my garage door opener and have serviced it many times. My circuit board fried and my husband called another company with a similar name. The guy came and looked at it, and told us $600 for an entire new opener. I decided to call Overhead Door in Post Falls. The guy came out and it was $155. The other company was going to rip us off. I recommend this company to everyone. Honesty and integrity and good work.
Extremely helpful and quick to resolve our issue. The first company quoted us $400 to fix our garage door track - Overhead Door Co charged us $87 and came out the same day we called. Can't beat that kind of service and pricing - thank you!
