We have used Overhead Door at all of our homes. Their customer service is excellent. The service man that comes to our home explains all of the components he installs. We will continue to use them for any garage services that we need.

I had a garage door open installed. The work was fine. What I had a problem with is that it had only one remote. My husband was advised to buy a universal remote at lowes and the installer would come back out and set it up for him. My husband called him back and the installer said he would come Wednesday and would call him when he was coming. Waited all day never came and never returned my husband's calls. That is soo unprofessional.
