The garage door spring broke on Saturday evening. A realtor friend referred me to Overhead Door Company of Shreveport. When I called on Monday, for an appointment, I was told the earliest appointment available was on Thursday. I received a call from Carl on Tuesday, asking me if he could stop by to take a look at the problem. We have used Overhead Door at all of our homes. Their customer service is excellent. The service man that comes to our home explains all of the components he installs. We will continue to use them for any garage services that we need.
