Overhead Door Company of Seattle were superb! They are professional, quick to respond, offer competitive pricing, and quality service. The whole process of replacing the old garage door was smooth. Thank you! The transformation was incredible, and the curb appeal much improved.
worst experience ever. worst door ever. do not use. my door wasn't made right, installed right, or installed on time. and it broke in 5 months.
I used their service for changing my garage door opener. Well it stopped working the next day. Tried calling their customer service and kept getting bounced back and forth. They don't do a good job and are not professional.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEW FROM THIS LADY THAT USED THIS COMPANY - SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT ONE DAY FROM 11AM TO 3PM AND SHE FINALLY CALLED THEM AT 6PM AND THEY TOLD HER THEY MESSED-UP AND SHE DID NOT USE THE COMPANY! I CONSIDER HER LUCKY. I USED THIS COMPANY AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FROM 10AM TO 2PM- I CALLED AT 12NOON AND THEY TOLD ME THE TECH WAS STILL AT ANOTHER JOB BUT HE WOULD BE THERE.
