Quick response for an emergency repair on the weekend. Professional, fast, and thorough. Repair tech explained what was necessary to put the garage door back in working order. He pointed out the parts that were broken as well as what was about to fail. No scare tactics, no predatory up selling. Just the facts and let me decide what option to take. Maybe a little more expensive than others¿ but still fair considering out of hours emergency service.
I called regarding a broken garage door remote they installed 13 years ago. I figured after changing the batteries, 13 years of good service was OK. Overhead Door Co. of Sarasota still had my installation and model number on file and could sell me a new remote for around $48.00, like I said, I felt OK with this having used it problem free for 13 years.
