Stay away from Overhead Door Company, Santa Rosa, now under new ownership. They charged me $450 for ziptie a coil cord previously installed from them and to adjust operator mounts (loosen and tighten bolts) to tighten chain. Who takes 2 hours to do this? Allen the owner must instill this in their employees because I see their ratings are low compared to industry standard. Highly recommend finding a new company.
