Very disappointing experience with this company. Took more than two hours and were not able to complete a job which a competent local company did in an hour. Scheduling and phone communications were a disaster to get a followup visit. They tried to charge me $270 for a few feet of wire and some keys. I found out from honest repairmen that one of the keys was unneeded and the other could be had online for $17! They did not ever answer my request for a breakdown on the bid.
