Ask customers what kind of garage door opener they currently have so they can let the customer know if they are able to work on it or fully replace. If this question was asked, I could have saved a week and a half and 4 hours of vacation time. When I recommended to the person in charge this should be done, he told me that they don't ask this question and wouldn't ask this question. Absolutely terribly customer service.
