I meet with Zach a while back. My single car garage door was malfunctioning. There was a crack in the upper panel, and I attempted to secure it with a metal bracket and some bolts. Overhead door is incredible. My personal story is that my daughter had another company come and do work on her garage door and changed her $2000.00 which my daughter paid. Days later it still didnt work. I referred my daughter to Overhead door and they completed the repair for a fraction of the price of the first company and they said the last company didnt even repair what was broken. My elderly grandmother called them b/c her garage door wouldn't shut. Instead of sending someone out to fix it ($$$), they very patiently coached her through checking for objects in the way of the sensor, lo and behold there was a box in the way. Probably saved her a few hundred dollars, relative to if she had called virtually any other company out there!
