Customer Service department is the best! Very helpful staff!
Excellent customer service! I phoned the office at 10:30AM requesting service for my 27 year old garage door. By 2:30PM the same day the tech finished replacing the drums and bearings. My garage door opens smoothly and quietly now. I highly recommend Overhead Door Co. to take care of your garage door. They are efficient and knowledgeable.
The spring on my garage door broke Saturday morning. I called Monday morning and was told someone would be there later today. Around 1:00 pm, I had a call from Jose who was on his way. He replaced the spring, checked and lubricated both doors but best thing, he programmed both doors to work from one remote. 10 years we lived here and I didn’t know it was possible. I can’t say enough positives about Jose. He was polite, knew what he was doing, was quick. Thank you!!
My garage doors were not working properly and I called Overhead Door of Reading. I was able to schedule an appointment exactly when I wanted it and the service tech, Josh, showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem and provided exactly the service I needed in no time... reasonable rates, outstanding service! Five stars! Thanks, Overhead Door!
