RecommendedI’ve been using them for sales and service for 16 years. They are an excellent company with a quick response time. I don't recommend this company. We waited 6 weeks for door delivery. That was expected Waited a week for them to install, I am ok with that time frame also. Currently just finished the 7th week waiting for a part so can use the door. Each call ends with they are looking into it and they will get back to us. They never call back.

The part needed is for your existing garage door opener. It is from another manufacturer and has unfortunately been on back order. We followed up with the vendor today; the part is now in stock and they have assured us that it will be here next week. I just had two 9’x10’ overhead doors installed by you guys, and I just want to say that it went great. I had the pleasure of meeting your installer Thunder. He was very polite respectful, and most importantly did an exceptional job. I am a contractor and could have done the install myself, but glad I came to you because I think Thunder did a better job than I could have! I couldn’t say enough good things about him.

Our garage door broke last night. Timing was terrible with heavy rains scheduled today. And, our garage is filled with painted trim and expensive hardwood flooring due to current work taking place at our home. Overhead Door was at our home by 9AM this morning and had it fully repaired by 10AM, just as the heavy rain started. Thank you for your quick response and solid, quality work!

Outstanding customer service. Great installation by friendly and knowledgeable installers.
Did a great job servicing my garage door. Technician was on time and explained what was being done. Went above and beyond.
After waiting a week to get my garage door fixed by these folks, I was disrespected and abused by Scott this morning when I called to simply get some idea of when I could expect them as the "window" of time I had been quoted was coming to a close. I could not get a word in edgewise, I was yelled at and spoken to in a very condescending manner. Some people just should not deal with customers.
