Steve and Mike were great. Polite and friendly. I'm very happy with my new garage door.
Steve and Mike arrived promptly and with their knowledge and work skillset, removed the torsional spring which failed and installed the replacement. They continued to fine tune the operation of the door spring until they were satisfied with a door that opened and closed smoothly. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work. My garage door failed this morning, I called Overhead at 8:30 a.m. They told me they could send a technician late morning early afternoon. Matt arrived 11:10 a.m. had everything back in service by 12:15 p.m. Matt was both professional and friendly I couldn't have been happier. The repair invoice was more than fair. I have used Overhead door company of pioneer valley for my commercial building and now for my house as well. In all cases they have been great. Craig worked with me to make sure i got the doors i wanted, along with the side opener, and taller tracks to keep the doors up high. The install crew (Steve & Mike) did a great job on the install. They were professional and the workmanship was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Overhead door co of pioneer valley for any residential and commercial door needs.
Matt installed two garage door openers this morning. Very professional and clean as if he was never here. Would recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service.
