My experience with OH door was way beyond my expectations. I called hoping to get an appointment in the next couple of days and they immediately offered to have someone come to my house immediately. The tech Mike arrived less than 1/2 hour from placing the call. Mike had everything on his truck needed to replace the motor unit on my garage door. we had a great experiance with Keith the sales man . he understood what we were looking for and the order came in on time . the installer,Steve, also was very nice and did the job well and changed over the door in a reasonable time he was neat and didn't leave anything behind.the door looks great thank you
My son in law bumped into the garage door with his car and it no longer closed. At first we called another company at first and they immediately told us it was irreparable and they wanted to replace one and recommended replacing both doors, and pushed us to make a deposit even before seeing a proposal. We have been with this company for many many years. We had a locked door and could not get the car out and someone came right away to get our car out. Then Matt showed up and fixed our springs on the door. Not only do they do fantastic work, but they are sooo respectable, soooo knowledgeable and genuine great people that show they care. You don't need to look any further. Thank you Matt for your sincere and honest work!!! Someone taught you well!!
