Called Overhead Door as the spring fell off. Even though it was early afternoon, I asked if someone could provide service today. Within a couple of hours I got a call that a technician (Art) was on his way. He replaced the springs and adjusted the tension. I also asked him to install a new keypad. Art was friendly and knowledgeable and within a short period of time the work was done. I am very pleased with the service provided by Art and Overhead Door.
Bad service
top quality, compared to doing it through big box stores. You can tell, even with novice knowledge that it's a step above. also, the technicians are top notch and explained everything, set us up! It'll be another 70-80 years til these need service again
Matt and Mike arrived quickly and had the parts needed on the truck to fix our door. They were thorough, polite, and professional. We would definitely recommend Overhead Door to our friends and family.
