We had an issue when trying to change the programmed code for our garage door keypad, but somewhere along the way, things went wrong. The opener wouldn't open or close at all. I left a message a with Overhead Door Company, and I got a call back shortly after the opening of business on the next business day. On a very hot and humid day, my garage door opener went puff! Opening it manually was not fun, but I was able to do it. The company that installed it years ago is no longer in business. So I looked on Google reviews and saw Overhead Door and decided to give them a call. Now mind you this is on a Friday afternoon so I never expected service that day.
