Our whole experience with Overhead Door has been nothing less than excellent. From the quote to the installation everyone with Overhead Door has been professional, friendly, cooperative, and timely. They provided the service that they said they would provide when they said they would do it. Eddie did our installation. He called a few days before the installation to confirm the date, and then called again when he was about an hour from our house on the installation day. I reached out to Overhead Door Company and appreciated that they initially sent out a technician quickly. The tech worked with the owner, who seemed to be the expert, and they recommended a solution I was hesitant about since a previous company had tried something similar without success.
