The tech worked with the owner, who seemed to be the expert, and they recommended a solution I was hesitant about since a previous company had tried something similar without success. Luke was on time, efficient, informative and personable in replacing the keypad on our garage door. He explained the function and cost of the new keypad and insured that we were satisfied with the work performed before he left.
Luke was very helpful. He was able to fix our door very quickly and instructed on what to do if it happens again.
