A happy customer here. A big shout out to Josh. Last night, one of the springs for garage door snapped and broke. I called this morning and Overhead Door was able to squeeze me in. Same Day. Josh was very professional and did minor tune up after he fixed the door and ran through a few thing I may want to look out for next year or two. He said nothing urgent but want to consider before they turn into bigger issue. Also, I had a dumb billing question but Ms. Laura answer it with patience.

Josh took great care of me today with my garage door that wasn’t working. He was on time and knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem. He then noticed another concern I didn’t see and corrected it right away. I’m super grateful!
After our garage door broke Sherry informed me someone could come the next day to repair. I let her know we were leaving town and would not be back for a few months. She put me on hold, came back and said one of their technicians, Josh, agreed to add us to his already busy schedule. He arrived within 4 hours, assessed the broken door, repaired it in a very timely and professional manner.
