Contacted them for a price for 3 12'x12' roll up doors and got an estimate which was very competitive. I offered to pay up front or put down a deposit to hold the estimated price. Decided to use them for the purchase and installation. The building was still under construction and took several months to complete. Great service and communication! I received a call the day before the repairs were to be made letting me know the time the service tech would be arriving and another call from the technician Josh approx 30 minutes before he arrived. Josh was super friendly and very good at what he does. He wasted no time getting started and completed s the repairs a lot faster than I expected. Highly recommend!

I had a failing motor with a sectional bar and chain drive that would bounce when the door would open. Not having the time to deal with it, I called Overhead Door to come and take a look. Their scheduling leaves some room for improvement, but when Josh came out he knocked it out of the park. He went over my options, including repair/replacement with cheaper DIY options.
