I had a failing motor with a sectional bar and chain drive that would bounce when the door would open. Not having the time to deal with it, I called Overhead Door to come and take a look. Their scheduling leaves some room for improvement, but when Josh came out he knocked it out of the park. He went over my options, including repair/replacement with cheaper DIY options. Dually doors replaced hour garage door opener. We called the morning it broke and they were there that evening. Turner Cobb did an excellent job. He is a friendly young man and went out of his way to address all of our needs and also look for any safety hazards or warn parts. I would definitely recommend them.
