Wow! Just wow! My garage door needed repair and they were here in a little over an hour. Great customer service all the way around from the telephone receptionist who took my call to the tech who made the repair!

I had a problem with one of the employees who came to my home; but did not repair my garage keypad. I just accepted this; and months passed. Over the course of months; I was locked out of my home twice. I am a walker user and diabetic. After the second time and once my brother came from his job with the spare garage opener for me to enter my home, I called in my complaint and spoke with Jason who listened to my entire unpleasant experience with the previous employee and being locked out twice.
