Had an issue with my garage door due after it was frozen to the ground and got a little bent. Called at 8am, and they had someone out the same day. Nick called me beforehand to make sure I was at home, and he was extremely professional throughout. I’ll definitely be using this company for any of my future garage door needs.

They installed a double wide overhead door and everything was perfect! Quick install, quick scheduling and great quality!
The worse experience I have ever had with a major company. My door opener was installed 2 yrs ago that is hardly used, I store my motorcycle in there. It broke Saturday. When checked out found several bolts that had not been tightened, not even a wrench mark on the nuts. Called Overhead Door was told no warranty on installation after 1 year. My thought is if it was installed correctly I would not be going through this. I am a disabled woman on my own but I still will stand up for what I think is right. THIS IS JUST WRONG.
The woman who answered the phone was friendly and knew right away what the problem was. She scheduled an appointment for me the same day. The service guys called ahead, were on time, and completed their work quickly and efficiently. My garage door now opens and closes quietly and more smoothly than it has in years. Excellent service!
