Most incredible customer service in helping me get the right replacement door remotes. Made sure to wait u til I arrived at the office, gave easy to understand instructions on how to set up the new remotes. And, were clear to tell me to call them if I had ANY problems. It’s not often these days you’re treated like you w been doing business somewhere your whole life. I wish it was a business I could use in a regular basis! Worth every single penny…and more.

Beware... they never told me there would be a charge to evaluate my broken garage door. They showed up, spent maybe 5 minutes, told me they couldn't fix it, left, and then charged me $135 for doing nothing. I would not recommend them for any repairs. Your response is not accurate. I said I was charged $135. I tried to accommodate you by agreeing to pay half. I should not have paid that. You never informed me that there would be a charge for the first visit. I recently had two garage doors installed by Overhead Door Company of Nittany Valley, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Due to a minor collision on a Friday afternoon, my garage door was stuck halfway up. I was unable to open or close the door without doing further damage. I called Overhead Door and they said someone could stop by to look at it shortly. Within an hour, 2 guys were there. They fixed the door within 20 minutes! Very pleasant and professional individuals. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've had repairs done by this company. Each time has been a pleasant experience!

My wife and I recently purchased a property in Milroy and could not get one of the garage doors to open. I called late Friday morning trying to setup a service call not expecting it to happen until the following week. I not only had the garage door fixed that afternoon but Denny came out the same day to measure for two door replacements. I was very impressed with their customer service and prices and will definitely be using them for all my garage door needs in the future.
