The two technicians sent out to repair my completely fouled garage door were exceptional. They immediately got to work without complaint or delay, and returned the door,which I thought was totaled, to perfect working condition in twenty minutes. Experts in their field of work - impressive!
Most incredible customer service in helping me get the right replacement door remotes. Made sure to wait u til I arrived at the office, gave easy to understand instructions on how to set up the new remotes. And, were clear to tell me to call them if I had ANY problems. It’s not often these days you’re treated like you w been doing business somewhere your whole life. I wish it was a business I could use in a regular basis! Worth every single penny…and more.
Beware... they never told me there would be a charge to evaluate my broken garage door. They showed up, spent maybe 5 minutes, told me they couldn't fix it, left, and then charged me $135 for doing nothing. I would not recommend them for any repairs. Your response is not accurate. I said I was charged $135. I tried to accommodate you by agreeing to pay half. I should not have paid that. You never informed me that there would be a charge for the first visit. I have never been treated as poorly as I have been by this company. My first appointment was for 3/29 in the afternoon. When nobody showed up by 4:30, I called and left a message. Shortly after, Craig called me back to tell me they had had an emergency and when could they come again. I said that the only time I had on Monday was between 2:00 and 3:15.
