Most places in Minot you do expect a long lead time. I called for a quote, received a proposal with an emailed design the same day. I ordered my door and it took less than two weeks to install. The installers were extremely courteous as well as the staff in the office. I would recommend! Plus their showroom is heads above the other two companies in town
Generally slow, unresponsive service. Like the other post, one should expect delivery and installation to take 2 to 3 times longer than expected. Installers may not be very experienced. Don't pay final bill until you inspect and determine that the doors, operator and remote are working properly.
Be prepared to wait. When you order the door you're told that it should arrive and be installed in 4 weeks. My door took 3 months to arrive and be installed.I called the company 6 times to inquire about the status of my door, and was given a different story each time I called. Just be aware that you will have to allow some time. Other people that I've spoken to who purchased doors through Overhead Door Co. have mentioned that 2 months is the normal waiting time.
