Pete was very friendly, quick, and efficient! He identified the issue with my garage door and fixed it within 30 minutes. Great guy, highly recommend.
Well, I called and ask for an appointment to fix my garage door opener. He said to send him pictures. I sent them and never got a response. I left a message after that to no avail. I guess it's hit or miss around here and this definitely was a miss. I'll call Lowe's
Our garage door broke yesterday. I called Overhead Door yesterday afternoon and they called me back this morning. In the afternoon, the door was repaired. We are thrilled and so relieved that the repair happened that fast.
Called at 0900 and left a message. Got a call back at 0910 to meet him at my girlfriend’s garage at 0945 for an estimate. New torsion springs installed and balanced and even tightened the opener chain by 1210! Doesn’t get any better than that! Highly recommend.
Pete was wonderful. On a day when the store was closed, Pete went out of his way to help get us a part needed for my parents garage door. My mom has end stage Alzheimer's and my dad can't leave the house much. Pete met us and then a few days later texted to see if we needed anything else. What a wonderful man. Thank you Pete!
