Tech came and charged $150 for diagnosis of defective Operator (opener), installed by them 2 years ago. Said it could no longer be used as it wasn’t safe. Disabled it and left. Owner called and said he would not make a deal to replace the door and operator. When asked to negotiate a deal, he hung up and refused to do business with us. Horrible service. Do not do business with these shady individuals!

I called , they were friendly and understanding , sent someone out ASAP , Henry was very nice and professional. Job well done. I highly recommend them and will call them again should I need any more repairs.
