Joe S came to fix our garage door today 8/12/22 and he was excellent. He was on time, very efficient and very polite. I would highly recommend Joe S to anyone when they need their overhead garage door fixed.
I called the Overhead Door company Tuesday afternoon at about 4 pm to see about getting the garage door fixed. Crystal said she could have someone over Thursday between 11 am and 1 pm. Joe called me at 11 am and was here by 12 pm. He had both springs and some plastic part that was also broken replaced in about two hours. Feb 25, 2021 I purchased a remote button, it would no sync with my opener. I drove to the store and exchanged it for the correct channel. That one also would not operate the opener unless I was standing on the step ladder. I called the store to report the problem. I was told there was no refund for the remote for any reason. However, they would gladly send a technician to assist. That would cost more than a new opener. The device is in the same packaging as when I purchased it, and is the same condition. Joey and Eddie got right to work installing my garage door, they done a great job, very happy with my door and the service I received.
Rodney, Matt, and Mike did an excellent job installing my gate. It looks perfect!
Bill Combs and Matt Ginter recently replaced a door in our Car wash here at The UK Motor Pool, and did an excellent job! They were professional, hard working, and very mannerly. They also left the job spotless! We will be using them again in the future and will be sure and spread the word about how good of a job they did!
We had a wonderful experience with our technician, Steve Mabry. He was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable. He had us fixed in a short amount of time. I would definitely request Steve if I had to call in again. Thanks for the good service.
