Joe S came to fix our garage door today 8/12/22 and he was excellent. He was on time, very efficient and very polite. I would highly recommend Joe S to anyone when they need their overhead garage door fixed.
I called the Overhead Door company Tuesday afternoon at about 4 pm to see about getting the garage door fixed. Crystal said she could have someone over Thursday between 11 am and 1 pm. Joe called me at 11 am and was here by 12 pm. He had both springs and some plastic part that was also broken replaced in about two hours. Feb 25, 2021 I purchased a remote button, it would no sync with my opener. I drove to the store and exchanged it for the correct channel. That one also would not operate the opener unless I was standing on the step ladder. I called the store to report the problem. I was told there was no refund for the remote for any reason. However, they would gladly send a technician to assist. That would cost more than a new opener. The device is in the same packaging as when I purchased it, and is the same condition. RecommendedMy husband called this company yesterday. They showed up at 8:45 this morning and in less than 2 hours, replaced both openers and put a brace on the door that I have backed into twice, AND it was $75 cheaper than he estimated! First, I was told to meet a salesman at our rental property between 9 and 12am “but it would be closer to 9.” I show up a little after 9 and after making a couple calls the salesman finally showed up around 11:50am. Scheduled on Monday for installation that Friday. Instead of keeping a door in stock for me they used up all the garage doors throughout the week and waited until Friday morning to call and unapologetically let me know they had to cancel.
