We are very very disappointed in this company. They are not transparent, there is zero follow through and a big lack of communication. We ordered a garage door in August and put half down. They said that there was a huge back log in supplies and we accepted this. They said it would be Oct or November. At the end of Nov. I contacted them and got the run around and rudeness and then they said it would be Feb. No contact from them at all. Here it is the end of Feb. and we still do not have a door or any communication from them.... read more
