Not impressed with this company at all. I called to have them do general maintenance and adjustment to the doors since we’re moving into winter time. Their “Technician” arrived with a can of WD-40 sprayed all the rollers and said he was done. He was here less than five minutes. I asked him if he could straighten one of the doors because it was going down unevenly and stayed high on one side when it closed. He said he didn’t have the “correct tool” to do that and he would try to remember to have another technician stop by and... read more
