What started as a big issue was turned around by two Brad's in the company! I initially didn't want to work with the company due to some miscommunication but Brad Smith, the operational manager, personally reached out to talk to speak with us directly. Instead of trying to sweep anything under the rug, he dealt with the problem head on and apologized for the mistake. I was impressed by his honesty, and we let the company bid on the project. Was told it was $77 to even have someone come out to give us an estimate on our garage doors. This was after 3 other companies came out for free. If you have a project and don’t want to be forced into using them by having to pay to even have them come out, look everywhere else except here. Terrible business model.

Poor communication. We have had them no show on us now twice. The first time we had to call only to be told that someone could come out later in the evening. Then at 8pm we finally got a call saying they'd reschedule. Had to call ourselves and reschedule because no one called. Got an appointment and then no one called or showed up again. Left a voicemail and tried calling several times.
