Great company and great people to do business with. Always available in a timely manner when you call them.
They fixed a broken spring after multiple phone calls and then showing up late. Job was 20 min and I was charged $278. Less than 2 weeks later the door broke again due to a frayed cable which should have been caught when they were there. I called them the next morning at 8:30 and they were supposed to come out that afternoon which was on Friday. No phone calls and no show. They also didn't show or call Monday morning. I appreciate that they fixed my garage door operator quickly, but the cost was quite high. The repair, which only involved replacing a belt, took less than 30 minutes, yet I was charged $250.
