Overhead Door worked really hard and found the part to repair my door. Everyone I dealt with was kind, personable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Overhead Door!
I was interested in installing a garage door. A lady came out to take measurements and said they would give me a call back with options and quotes. Never heard back from them. Tried to call them myself 3 times to follow up. Each time the phone operator said she would pass the message and they would get back to me. Still have not heard anything. It has been a month now.
Representative was very helpful she seem to go over and above for me at the time of my visit
Great customer service.
We called this company to come out and see what we needed. Our logic board apparently went out. They charged like $80.00 for service call, said they would order. Two months later no word. Had to go with Lowe’s. Is this a scam they are running? Come out, charge and never do return. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. DO. OT USE THESE PEOPLE!
