Devon was courteous and easy to work with. Explained what he wud be doing and computed the cost. He also showed me all the lubrication points for 6 month maintenance. He pointed out possible trouble spots to watch for in the future. Overall a solid A grade.
Everyone was super helpful and courteous. Jesse came out to install a new motor and do repairs…he told me about how long it would take him and then he showed me how to program the car remote so I could program another vehicle. He also instructed me on how to protect the unit when pressure washing the garage. He, too, was efficient, courteous and provided pertinent information on correct usage. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs. L Chance
C.J. , the technician, was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem, programmed both remotes, serviced the doors, AND programmed my remote into my Subaru. I called late yesterday afternoon and Sean was here before noon today. He was so nice and did a wonderful job getting our garage door to work again.
I called this morning and my entire garage door opener has already been replaced before 2:00 PM. Fast and friendly service. Chris was great! He explained everything really well and also threw in a wireless keypad. I highly recommend this company!
Raligh was the technician that came out and serviced my doors. He did an excellent job. He answered all questions. He explained what the problem was and explained everything that he was doing to fix my doors. He did an excellent job and he is a great representation of Overhead Door Company.
Overhead Door Company did an exceptional job on installing my two new garage doors! The guys were all so polite and helpful. I especially appreciated Chris Yates coming out to replace a panel that had arrived dented from the manufacturer. He was very thorough & professional!!!! Thank you!
Took two phone calls to get someone out to look at the door. I have yet to receive my quote. Guess they don’t need to business. Service technician Tony Brown was excellent. Not sure what the deal is with the sales side of the business.
