One of the managers, Dave, called me and we were able to set up an appointment. Dave was very helpful and he told me that it would only take 2 hours to do the replacement- I was skeptical but he was confident. Dylan, was the installer for the door. Overhead Door Company of Hartford did an excellent job for us when we renovated our house and garage. Glenn W. was great in helping us select the right door material and configuration. He wrote up quotes for a number of high-end wood doors as well as more standard metal doors. The installation team did a good job putting in the door. Called late Tuesday afternoon. Was not called back that day or the following day (W). Called again on Thursday. Call was returned about an hour later. Salesman was rude and unhelpful, and acted as if I was asking him to do me a huge favor, rather than sell me an accessory. Waterbury office is much better.
