Called late Tuesday afternoon. Was not called back that day or the following day (W). Called again on Thursday. Call was returned about an hour later. Salesman was rude and unhelpful, and acted as if I was asking him to do me a huge favor, rather than sell me an accessory. Waterbury office is much better.
I called Overhead Door yesterday morning because my garage door was loud and making a popping sound when it closed. They said that they'd send a technician (Lyle) today between 10-12. Lyle showed up promptly at 10:00 a.m. I thought that I needed a new panel, but Lyle stated that the panel in question was fine, but hinges were loose and some broken. He did the necessary repairs.
