Slip-ups sometimes happen. That's when a company shows their true colors. Our new garage door arrived, but it had been manufactured the wrong size. Dan Starcher with NOVA Overhead Doors had the door remade to the correct size, sent a truck to pick it up and had the new door installed one week later. We weren't happy being without our garage for a week, but we admire the stand-up way that Overhead Doors handled the oops. KUDOS, Dan Starcher! 7-10-18
