Mr. ****** spoke to my commercial service person, Teresa, several times. We sent a service tech to his location at a chicken farm and evaluated the situation. We gave Mr. ****** a quote in 2019 for repairs which was never approved, therefore the work was not done. We went to the location recently and he did not want to pay for a scissor lift to safely repair the motor.
