Mr. ****** spoke to my commercial service person, Teresa, several times. We sent a service tech to his location at a chicken farm and evaluated the situation. We gave Mr. ****** a quote in 2019 for repairs which was never approved, therefore the work was not done. We went to the location recently and he did not want to pay for a scissor lift to safely repair the motor. Overhead Door Company Overhead Door Company worked with me to replace the motor in my door. When I couldn't do it myself, they came out and replaced the motor. Now it is working perfectly. I liked the option of doing it myself or having it done for me! Good job either way!
