Customer service was horrible!! One of my spring doors broke for my big garage door so I wanted to replace both while it was apart. I gave the lady measurements for the spring over the phone per what they asked and got quoted a price for both. Dropped the spring off, then was called and told the springs cost was going to be way more for both so I told them to make just one then. Showed up to pick up my original spring and they one I needed replaced and the bill for the one spring was as much as what I was told two were going... read more
