On time, polite, and quote over the phone was spot on! Quinton and Jan, did an awesome job. Highly recommend!
Tim R called five minutes prior to arrival and arrived at 11:00 which was the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window. I advised the problem and he assessed the situation. He corrected the issue, installed a surge protector, and tested the system including my outside key pad and two vehicles. He was very friendly, informative, and professional. Total correction time was 15 minutes. Service was excellent!

Excellent service. Tim was incredibly friendly and explained everything he was doing. He showed up exactly when we expected him, and the price was lower than expected. We will be coming back for anything we need in the future for sure.
Tim R. came and repaired/replaced several parts on our garage door after a pulley failed and cause a number of issues. He was very professional, in and out in under 2 hours and has our door running smoother than it was before it broke. Highly recommend OHD Syracuse, very affordable and easy to work with.
