Your technician, Ryan Wills, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious. He answered all our questions and explained how the doors and remotes worked. I made an appointment for preventive maintenance for my garage door. The office staff was excellent. However, the technicians that were sent out acted as though they did not want to be there. Quentin did a visual inspection of the door, then instructed his partner Blake to spray the hinges, which he did haphazardly, getting the spray on my car cover, driveway and wall of my garage.
