Robert K showed up early for a problem with a remote opener. He quickly did the trouble shooting and determined the existing opener was faulty. It was replaced and he was finished within 15 minutes. He was polite, friendly and asked if there were other concerns with the door. Very happy with his service.
Ryan Willis provided excellent service. He answered all of my questions and gave me some great information.
I had a problem where the cable somehow came disconnected with my garage door which made it impossible to function. Sean McC arrived this morning and in no time fixed the cable problem. He then proceeded to diagnose what caused the cable to become disconnected in the first place. He determined that when I installed a new garage door opener last fall I had the opening adjustment on the garage door opener set to open the door too far which caused loss of tension in the cable thus causing the cable to become disconnected.
