Garage door was sounding awful in use, Had Overhead Door Company come out to look at it. Door needed service and they got it working properly in no time, needed some serious adjustment. Special shout out to the technician Shane who performed the work also took the time to answer my questions.
I don’t write many reviews but felt my experience with this company deserved one. If you are looking for anything to do with a garage door this is the place to go. From Arthur in the office to Mathew and Daniel in the field, doing the initial contact and the installation, the service and customer care is exceptional. Wonderful product knowledge. The pricing was fair. The availability of the product we needed was great. The installation was excellent. This was the type of customer experience I wish I received everywhere.
