Brandon was very easy and helpful to work with
Do not call! I was charged $136 for tech just stopping by for literally 1 minute. Communicated with the owner that tech did absolutely nothing. Owner demanded payment.
Called over what turned out to be a minor sensor issue. They showed up the same day and fixed it quickly. Well done!
VERY disappointed! Just paid $262.50 for programing 2 cars. Charged 3.5 hr, and he was here less than 2 hr. To program 2 cars to the door openers? Really? I wouldn't feel bad if the doors really work as advertised. The cars usually need the bumper near the door to work. Many times I have had to use the remote touching the door to work. Occasionally even that did NOT work. I will NOT recommend Overhead Door (M&O Doors) for any work. I pay my bills. The doors still don't work properly!
