As a property manager responsible for hundreds of residential rentals, I constantly need help with door repair or replacement. Overhead Door Company has been easy to work with. They are quick to respond and there work is always accurate. With dozens of repairs/replacements per year, I don't think I've ever had to call them back to correct something.
We called Overhead Door Company when a garage door opener quit working. They were able to make it over in just a couple days and removed the old original (25 year old) equipment and installed a brand new unit. They also happily adjusted the other opener while they were there. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and charged what they said they would. Great service.
The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the fact that the repair people had to come out two days in a row to put a spring on my garage door that could’ve been done with one person and it would’ve been better off, not having to be charged for two trips from Cody out to Wapiti and back I think that would’ve saved us a little extra money and time if that could’ve been already in their truck the work was good.
