Great service, sent out staff to check on garage door within an hour of calling. Set uprepairswithin a few days of getting parts
Company is now Tru Garage Doors or something like that. They came out right away and got my garage door fixed in 15 minutes and even helped set up the Wi-Fi opener. Definitely would call again.
Very poor customer relations! When the owner arrived I asked for an estimate of charges. He told me he did not like to give quotes because it led to "problems". When I pressed him on the issue, he said his service call was $48 plus parts if necessary, which I thought was reasonable and let him go to work. The invoice I received included the service charge and a few parts that I authorized at the time of service - plus an additional amount for "labor" which was never mentioned in our conversation.
