I had a closing issue. First tech said he thought the circuit board was bad and suggested a new opener. I bought a new opener. Next tech tried after installing new motor and other parts. Still didn’t work. He called other techs. No solution. Went weekend w/out opener working. Third tech arrived Monday and figured it out immediately. Likely no need for a new opener which was $280+. July 2025 Thanks again for the excellent service from Overhead door. From called in what we needed to help from Morgan everything was really great. The servicemen both were very helpful and they had no problem coming back for a minor adjustment. Great company!!!! Also a huge thank you to Gwen and Morgan for the phone service...excellent!
I called Overhead Door for a garage opener problem. The service technician came to my house the same day I called. There was a mis communication, but I spoke with Don and Morgan and the situation was resolved fairly. It's refreshing to see that customer service is still important to Overhead Door. I would recommend Overhead Door.
We called for garage door repair and we’re happy to receive service the next day. The repairman did a great job and we were up and running again!
Their fantastic tech, Taylor solved my electronics problem in 15 minutes. Then he realigned, tightened. and lubed my big double door. He was gone with a smile in 30 minutes. I am a very satisfied customer!
