I ordered a Sunsetter awning through Costco, thinking it would be easy to find someone to install it. Big mistake. I had a 190 lb 15 ft awning and 15 ft hood lying in my living room for 6 months! All of the Sunsetter places I called wouldn't install it since I didn't buy it from them! EXCEPT OVERHEAD DOOR CO OF CHESTER. Wonderful people! They actually cared and visited 3 times to be sure the installation would be correct. Love them!! Thank you all so much!!
