I had Overhead Door Charlotte come to my home to replace the springs for my garage door and rollers. The tech was on time, extremely professional and courteous. Everything is working great again. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Overhead Door provides outstanding customer service and repair. Professional, very knowledgeable and efficient in all regards. I had an issue today where my garage door would not close. I called the 800 number just before 4 p.m. The technician (Brandon) was at my house by 4:30. The issue was fixed and he was on his way before 5 p.m. Outstanding service. Ou Outstanding

Very pleased with the service and responsiveness. Prices were very fair. In particular Harold our service tech was very thorough, explained everything, kept us well informed and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and we will now have our garage doors serviced on a regular basis by Overhead Door or Charlotte.
