Service guy was prompt. Didn’t take long to replace the garage key pad & program. Wish the Overhead brand came in different color besides white, since there’s No white anywhere on the front of my house except the key pad.
The process from beginning to end was great. The salesman listened to my questions and didn't try to oversell. Doors were produced on time and installed on time. The installers were very professional. I am 100% satisfied with Overhead Doors!
I called for a quote and in less than an hour the repairmen were at my house taking care of it. The garage door was fixed in less than an hour after and they were nothing but absolutely respectful to my wife while I was at work, I would 100% recommend this company to everyone I know.
Overhead door provided emergency service on short notice and resolved a problem completely. I am very impressed with their willingness to stand behind their work and provide excellent service. I will use this company for all future installations and repairs!
Our technician, Max, was timely, professional, and informative. We greatly appreciate Overhead's prompt response to our request for service - Max arrived at our house to repair our garage door within 3 hours of my placing the call for service on a Friday morning - and also how affordable their services are. Overhead Door has now repaired two garage doors for our home and one for our daughter and son-in-law's home. If we ever need any repairs in the future, they will definitely be the first call we make!
