I’m extremely happy with this company and the technician they sent out. I bought an automatic garage door opener to replace an antique that went out after a power surge in our neighborhood. I purchased the new one at a big box retailer and had their subcontractor install it. This was not a problem. But the technician they sent to install it seemed to be on a timeclock and just installed and left. Overhead spring busted they were there in 45 minutes fixed it. They had to come back a second time because my door was not aligned. Very satisfied.
I called to inquire who the wholesaler is that they purchase from. He was polite, but pretty unhelpful. He said he didn’t want to give me the information because that would cut him out of the deal. It’s like he was guarding who his wholesaler is like it’s a trade secret. It took me five minutes to find the information I was looking for. It’s not a secret my guy. So, now the only power I have to do anything is leave this review. 🤷
After calling three times to see if I was still on the schedule, I never received a call back to confirm my appointment three days later still waiting. I did call another company and they showed up within an hour.
Lucas repaired both our garage doors today. He was prompt, friendly, and did a great job. I definitely recommend the company.
