I had them come and fix my garage door. They called and told me the price of the job and then I gave the go ahead to fix it. When I received my bill it was over $50 of the price they told me it would be to fix it. I have called the company multiple times to find out the issues with the bill. Overhead Door came out to my residence to service two garage doors. They were there on time, having called that they were on their way. Two service people worked on both doors, tightening, lubricating, adjusting and cleaning the doors. They made sure my remote was operating and even detected that my outside keypad was not operating because of a dead battery; changed the battery and made sure it was operating. Everything is running smoothly and quiet now all for a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

I have called this company to have two garage door openers installed. The first time I was told I was put on the list and it would be a two week wait. I called back two weeks later and was told that I was not on the list. They told me that they would put me on the list and that it would be three weeks. I call them every week and they kept telling me that they would try to move me up on the list. I called again this week and was told that it would be another two weeks.
