I interacted with several of the employees. Sadly they provided unprofessional and poor customer service each time. I only wish I had spoken to the owner to make him/her aware.
I had a torsion spring break last night (lasted 17 years, so I think it did it's job). I called Overhead Door Company of Brevard this morning to see if they could come out this afternoon to fix it. Their schedule was packed, but they managed to squeeze me in. Tim arrived at my house promptly at 4:00 pm, as promised, and he had replaced both torsion springs, lubed all moving parts, and re-aligned my garage door all by 4:45. Had a great experience. My garage died on me and to the rescue they came. On time, competitively priced, polite and very professional. Any time I have any door needs I will definitely call them!
