We ordered and paid half down for automatic gate opener. After it came in, it took 2 weeks for them to finally get out here to install. With many phone calls. Now just 3 months later, the opener doesnt work. Called in Monday morning and was told “we will be there tomorrow or Wednesday”. My garage door broke on Sunday afternoon. I panicked because part of the frame landed on my Tahoe. Thank God Overhead Door not only answers emergency calls they are the only garage door company that answers emergency calls. I received a call back in fifteen minutes from Sam who came and fixed my garage door. I am a very happy customer.
