Unfortunately, I called Overhead Door Coastal Plains to replace my broken torsion spring instead of the company who used to be Overhead Door. Granted, their response was quick but it took a downward turn when the tech installed the wrong gauge spring. After two hours, it was finally completed and the tech left. Do not "Rely on the Red Ribbon". These people do not keep appointments or they arrive hours late. They lubricate the door tracks, which is a no-no, and seem to want to just do the minimum and head to their next appointment. Even trying to make an appointment is a hassle -- you call to talk to someone in Corpus Christi and get someone in College Station. I would advise sticking with a truly local company.
