Overhead Door Company has the worst customer service after installation. If you have any issues with the doors and need to speak to a manager....he doesn't call you back. Weatherstripping ripped over withen a few months of doors being installed. They came and replaced it once then it came off again. Then they wanted to charge me an add'l charge of $100.00 a door to put brush stripping on. When the door openers were installed they were installed incorrectly leading to one of the trolley's busting which cost me $106.00....been... read more
