My experience with KVM or overhead door whatever you want to call them was so bad that I had to write a review. This is how it went 2 weeks ago sent over a fax 2 times 2 days apart just to get a price on a garage door. Never got a response. Then I emailed a week ago never got a response. Then I called and was assured that I would be called back right away. Guess what never was called back. My suggestion is look somewhere else if you need a door.
