WHY IS THERE SOMEONE OUTSIDE YOUR GARAGE EVERY FREAKING NIGHT BANGING!? I HAVE TO BE UP FOR WORK AT 4AM AND THIS GUY SHOWS UP AT 8PM AND IS OUT THERE UNTIL 10PM MOST NIGHTS MAKING A TON OF NOISE.
