Not a good idea to provide crappy customer service in a small town because news travels quickly. Waited for Overhead technician to come and fix our garage door. Appt scheduled between 2-4. My husband was home all day, working in the garage with garage door partially opened and technician came and sat in their vehicle for supposedly 20 minutes when my husband didn't hear the doorbell.
