RecommendedCalled them this morning for repair on broken garage door spring. Got very quick action, service man called me to let me know he was on his way at 9:30 and had the door repaired by 10:40, very polite and service man with quick service.
Overhead Door of Greater Cincinnati installed the doors and openers at my brand new home. Product was good but install looked awful. Would not recommend at all for someone who cares about what the finished install looks like. I spent an entire afternoon cleaning up their laziness. See attached pic of wall switches installed off center and crooked.
Contacted Overhead Door for Emergency Broken Spring Repair. Left them a message on a Thursday evening when it happened, called them first thing Friday Morning as we needed the Door fixed right away. They said they couldn't get anyone out until the following Tuesday!! Maybe Saturday, but it would be $ 82.00 per 1/2 hour with a minimum of 3 hours ($ 492.00), + $ 170+ per Spring, That's $ 832.00 + for "Emergency Repair" that they may or may not be able to get to!!!! Had an employee smash our 12' Commercial door this weekend with a boxtruck. Called at 9am on Monday, 2 man crew arrived at 10am, fixed better than new by 12:30. Great service
