Purchased a garage door and Opener about two years ago. Installation crew was prompt and personable. Receptionist was very difficult to deal with but we needed the product and delt with it. Fast forward to the current time frame. Door opener went out last Wednesday so I called for repairs. Same receptionist same attitude. First available date was today (Monday), inconvenient but okay.
